Lettuce

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are one of the most popular vegetables and a lot of them can be grown at once. They need a lot of sun, but don’t require much water, which makes them easy to maintain.

Spinach

Spinach is easy to grow right from the seeds. You can plant them with your other vegetables or you can use them as small hedges as they can be aesthetically pleasing for décor.

Tip: Plant spinach in the late summer and you can do your last harvest late into the fall
